La Asomada
La Asomada is a real good base for starting quite a number of activities, e.g. biking and hiking tours to nearer located surroundings. The vulcano Guardilama with it`s alitude of 603 m one of the highest Lanzarote mountains allows a beautiful panorama view over nearly the complete island and is as well a preferred starting point for hang-gliders.
Also for
tourists who like to discover the island by car the village is a
convenient place. Many points of interest are easily reached like the
national park Timanfaya (the biggest vulcano aera in the world), the
wide and wild surf and kiting beach Famara, Teguise and it`s popular
sunday market, Yaiza (one of the most beautiful villages of the island)
the famous “Fundacion Cesar Manrique”, the Cactus Garden, several caves, the sophisticated marina Puerto
Calero, and many more…
The small and pretty village of La Asomada is situated in the
heartland of the island, but only 6 km away from the shore. Here is,
where the winegrowing area of La Geria starts and where famous wines
like “El Grifo” and “Mozaga” come from.
A
shopping center (Deiland) that offers various shopping opportunities
and also several supermarkets are located at Playa Honda, only a 15 min.
car trip away.

The apartment is attached to a country house and is completely equipped and contains a safe, a washing machine, a TV (that enables you to receive approx. 40 different TV programs by ASTRA-SAT), a fully equipped kitchen and is providing as well two bathrooms (a smaller one is located in the 1st. floor, next to the bedroom).
From the refuge you can enjoy a very beautiful view over the sea to Fuerteventura. For barbeque fans a comfortable BBQ facility is available.
The hire charge for the "Refugio" apartment is € 294,- a week (€ 42,- /night), valid for 2 persons. Bedclothes, towels and bathtowels are included as well as final cleaning! We ask you for a partial payment of 20% of the total rental fee after having received our confirmation, the balance will be due three weeks before starting the journey.

Close to the "Refugio" the recently finished "Mirador" apartment is located. It offers, as been mentioned in the name, a fantatic view to the sea from the terrace. The apartment is situated in the 1st. floor of a residential house and is fondly, comfortable and fashionably equipped. It is appropriate for maximum 4 persons and contains two bedrooms.
The hire charge for the "Mirador" apartment is € 385- (€ 55,-/night), valid for 1 or 2 persons, for 3 or 4 persons it is € 455,- a week (€ 65,-/night). Bedclothes, towels and bathtowels are
included as well as final cleaning! We ask you for a partial payment of
20% of the total rental fee after having received our confirmation, the
balance will be due three weeks before starting the journey.

On special
request Ms Kim-Geitner will reserve a car for rent at one of the most
known car rentals in the canaries, Cabrera-Medina. An Opel Corsa for
example is available for a special price of only € 126,- a week (rates
may change)- taxes, full insurance and no km limit included. Your car is
awaiting you then at the Arrecife airport right after your landing.We
will pass on your request in case of interest, accompanied by your
booking.
Note: When handing over the car the car rental will charge you directly, a credit card is required.
